Connecting with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Now, it is time to connect a website to Google Analytics and Google Search Console through Site Kit. The sooner you set up Google Analytics, the more data you can collect for your website. It would be ridiculous to set it up at the end just because you learn it at the end.
Connecting GA4 allows you to track visitor behavior (traffic, user actions, and page performance) in real time, enabling you to improve content and develop effective monetization strategies. Similarly, connecting GSC helps you monitor how your website performs in Google Search—impressions, clicks, keywords, and indexing issues—so you can resolve SEO problems and maximize search-driven traffic.
Since you have already installed Site Kit on your website, what used to be a very complicated process will now be handled smoothly and efficiently.
To connect GA4 and GSC using Site Kit, you must first verify your Google account and your website ownership. This will be completed through the following steps. Connecting GA4, GSC, and Site Kit under a single Gmail account and officially registering your website with Google so that traffic and SEO data are automatically collected. Follow the steps below.

You will use the same Gmail you have used for your domain.

Before connecting GA4, you may see temporary warning messages in Site Kit. This happens simply because your Analytics property has not been created yet. There is nothing wrong with your setup — just proceed by clicking Next or Skip. Once your GA4 property is created and linked, all data will begin to appear normally.

Now you will see how to create and connect your GA4 property through Site Kit using your own Gmail account. Be sure to use the same Gmail for both GA4 and Google Search Console, and pay close attention when selecting “Create a new property,” as this step determines your official Analytics setup.
Follow each step carefully to complete the connection without errors.

Then, click ‘Set up conversions’.

When you click “Set up conversions,” a GA4 window will appear, but do not do anything — simply close that window. Then, return to the Site Kit dashboard and scroll down. You will be able to see the traffic data section there. However, remember that Site Kit starts collecting data only after 48 hours from the moment you connected Google Search Console and GA4.

Let’s check whether GA4 and GSC are properly connected to your website. If you see “Connected” as shown below, it means both tools have been successfully linked to your site.

You finally connected your website with all tools (except for Ads)! Cognlatulations!!
