ChatGPT and digital marketing practice: Review Analysis

As we have worked on Black Hills State University, let’s take it as a case again. First go to Google maps (https://maps.google.com). Then, enter the company name into the search bar. Next, click ‘Reviews’
As we are interested in most positive reviews, we will collect the most positive ratings: 4-5 stars will be enough. Click ‘Sort’ and choose ‘Highest rating’. Then while holding the left mouse button, select and copy all 4 or 5 stars. If you have too many reviews, you may collect 100-150 top reviews
Analyzing positive review
Enter a prompt to the chatbox. Then, paste all the 4- or 5-star reviews you copied onto the same chatbox

Now, you can have the answer.
